Opel Rekord Cr en tysk tillverkare av personbilar, sportbilar och skåpbilar, som tack vare många framgångsrika modeller har gjort en permanent prägel i bilindustrins historia. En banbrytande bil för Opel, som i mellansegmentet översteg en miljon tillverkade enheter för första gången, var RECORD. Den mest kända Opel Rekord "Schwarze Witwe" gjordes i hemlighet! Som en del av General Motors oro förbjöds Opel att tävla. Ändå förberedde fabriksarbetare en sportversion av Rekord med en 180-hästkraftsmotor. Tack vare de gula applikationerna på svart färg fick den smeknamnen "Race Taxi" och "Black Widow". Bilen blev en sensation och deltog i spektakulära lopp. Till följd av ett förbud från GM-ledningen fördes bilen till Österrike, där alla spår av den gick förlorade. Nu, tack vare COBI-byggstenarna, är billegenden tillbaka på ett stort sätt!

Description
The legendary Black Widow in a brand new automotive series from COBI! A technically advanced set in a large scale model (1:12) and 38 cm long, the Opel Rekord C sports car is released under the original license of the Opel brand. The set was designed with 2,300 elements. The model is also distinguished by the use of a large number of only high-quality prints! We completely gave up on stickers. New elements have been designed especially for the needs of such large sets, providing additional functionalities: movable steering wheel, which turn the wheels, hinges for opening doors, body and trim elements. A brick-built engine is located under the working hood. Numerous details such as door handles, lights and clocks create a coherent whole with the perfectly reproduced characteristic shape of this vehicle. The race number 201 is printed on the car body.
The model is perfect for collectors and lovers of classic cars. Clear and intuitive instructions leading through the steps and blocks packed in numbered bags make the construction process run smooth and easy.
